A man is his own friend and enemy as well

A man must elevate himself by his own mind, not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well. (Bhagavad-gita 6.5)

In everyday life we say, if you sow the tree of acacia then how can you get the mango.

When you carry hatred, jealousy, greed, ill-feeling, and blemish motive for other being you are the enemy of self.

When you carry love, compassion, gratitude, and equanimity motive for other being, you are your friend.

Buddha guided his disciples to bow and show the compassion to every thing living or dead so that goodness and positivity always surrounds you.

Jesus said, “Never punish even the worst sinner unless you search within and clear yourself not being the sinner ever.”

Life is when you are first your own friend. Once you are friend of self, you become the friend of everyone. You bring the life in your livelihood.

Today, live with your friend who is none but you!
