In one of the workshops I was asked, “Does being spiritual withdraw you from business thinking?”
I clarified, “What do you mean by business thinking?”
Reply, ” I mean profit, making money, thinking about business growth, handling competition, etc.”
I answered, “Leading business in a way that it makes lasting impact requires leadership.
A leader who can lead oneself and the social systems that he influences and provides direction.
To lead the pathway one requires: presence, intentionality, systemic awareness and transforming energy.
Spirituality allows you to be in the present moment where you as a leader discover these skills through self questioning.”
