Combat frustration, anxiety, despondency and uneasyness

The next time you feel frustrated or anxious or despondent or uneasy after encountering any form of uneven circumstances or public speaking or interview or  failed efforts try this.

I guarantee it will work better than anything else.

1) Inhale for 5 seconds through your nostril and allow your chest to expand to the fullest.

2) Hold your lungs full of air for 5 seconds as your chest stays fully expanded.

3) Then exhale for 5 seconds until you release all the air from your body.

4) Hold your lungs empty for 5 seconds before you repeat the next.
You can repeat it for as many times as you want. Minimum 5 repeats suggested to get instant mood elevation.
