It was a very interactive and thought-provoking session at NASSCOM 10000 Startup Warehouse with 40+ founders from different industries looking to start their own business. I was glad to even meet entrepreneurs who have successfully achieved 1 Cr but feel that their growth is stagnated. They found the workshop very valuable in terms of how to scale-up and grow their business beyond 1 Cr.

It was an eye opener for us to see over 150 management students attending our workshop as part of the entrepreneurship nurturing initiative of the St. Francis Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. I told the participants that you can use the entrepreneurial thinking and the process of launching a startup even if you choose to pursue the career at leading enterprises.
